Cathkin Support Base

Cathkin Support Base supports mainstream high school placements by offering part time educational placements for learners with social, emotional, behavioural and communication needs and is based in Cathkin high school.

Every young person is supported to reach their maximum potential through a rich, varied, and bespoke curriculum working in partnership with their mainstream school. This ensures a nurturing space where young people make progress towards their personal and academic goals.

Our pupils benefit from being surrounded by a resilient, caring, skilled team of staff who see beyond their behaviour and work to their strengths. Staff consist of a PT, teaching staff and support staff.
